Peter Meason
Who is he and where did he come from?

Since 2002, I have been a full time musician, living in Hardwicke (Near Gloucester), UK.
My time is filled either by music engraving or by accompaniment and repetiteur work.

Before this I was, for 30 years in the IT industry, working in both Government and Utilities.

My original career plan was to teach Mathematics and Music, which I did for a while in Ashburton School Croydon,
following my training at St Mark's and St John's College, Chelsea.

Even during all my years in the IT industry, music was a second career,
having been an accompanist and repetiteur since 1966
and organist of various churches since 1971.

I was born and educated in Cheltenham, UK at Berkhampstead School and subsequently at
Cheltenham Grammar School (now known as Pate's Grammar School). In those days
the school was located in Cheltenham's High Street, but it moved in 1965
to new premises on the playing fields site in Princess Elizabeth Way.
